Transport

Your freight will be loaded in special truck equipment.

Depending on the specifications of the products we provide you with

  • stainless steel tank trailers
  • rubber lined tanks
  • one or more compartment tanks
  • ISO-tank container equipment

The process of unloading can be performed by pressurized air (on-board compressor) or pumps (on-board units).

our experienced truck driving personnel is perfectly skilled. We are following strictly any applicable safety measures. Additionally we are checked and certified on a regularly basis by inspection authorities. These are the columns of our demand for safety and quality.

  • our truck drivers are instructed at regular intervals.
  • our trucks are safety inspected every 6 months.
  • we obtain all necessary transportation and safety certificates.

By specializing into the niche of the transportation of liquid chemicals and additionally the consistent transformation to react very quick and flexible to customer demands Paul Filzhut lead his young company to success. More than 30 years he was an always reliable and soon an essential partner for his customers in the chemical industry in Germany throughout Europe.

1989 | Management of the company by Frank Filzhut

The single-member company Paul Filzhut is transferred to Paul Filzhut GmbH (LLC). Frank Filzhut becomes the director and improves the capacity of the company by the installation of a modern computer system. The continuous technical adaptation of the tanker fleet to market requirements and the customer-oriented business-style are the keys to the remarkable success of the company.

1996 | Relocation

Street ... rail ... waterway - the market demands - Filzhut reacts. The place of location is moved from Dusseldorf to Neuss. The infrastructure of the Port of Neuss complies perfectly with the requirements of a constantly changing market. Next step is the incorporation of "Filzhut Lager+Logistik, LLC" (Filzhut warehousing and logistics), independently and self-sufficiently.

Wir arbeiten ausschließlich auf Grundlage der Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteur-bedingungen (ADSp) neueste Fassung. Auf die Beschränkungen der Ziffer 23 ADSp, wonach die Haftung für Güterschäden nach § 431 HGB für Schäden im speditionellen Gewahrsam auf 5,- €/kg, bei multimodalen Transporten unter Einschluss einer Seebeförderung auf 2 SZR/kg sowie darüber hinaus je Schadensfall bzw. –ereignis auf 1 Mio. bzw 2 Mio. Euro oder 2 SZR/kg, je nachdem, welcher Betrag höher ist, weisen wir ausdrücklich hin.
